If the person you lent your item to is running late or hasn't returned your item at the prearranged time, step one is to message them and see where they are at. If you cannot get ahold of the borrower, if they are running significantly behind, or if you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to contact the borrower and get your item returned to you as soon as possible.

Note: if the borrower is sufficiently delayed, you may be eligible to receive twice the daily rental rate from the borrower for every day they were late in returning your item, as per our terms and conditions
